However, we understand this isn’t always the case and know how frustrating it can be. That’s why if you receive faulty or damaged goods, we’ll arrange for them to be replaced or refunded at our expense.
If there is evidence that the goods have been damaged in delivery, raise the issue with the courier and sign for the goods as damaged.
